Is It Safe To Continue Taking Glycomet And Folsafe?

I recently consumed 10 tablets of crocin post which i was hospitalised and had to undergo a stomach wash. i am discharged from hospital nowand have no complaints of acisity. i am also on prescribed eltroxine 100 mcg daily, glycomet 500 twicw a day and folsafe 1 tablet a day. can i continue to take glycomet and folsafe, now that i am discharged from hospital.
