General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,Hitesh,
thanks for query,
Now as you have got high blood pressure you quit heavy exercise like heavy running, jogging, heavy weight lifting as these may increase load on your heart.
Do light exercise.
Ok and bye.

Hi, Hiteshji,
I know your problem but health is more important than competition.
And during marathon race you will have maximum strain as no body likes defeat.
This will give very big load on the heart and emergency can occur at any time.
But I advice to take cardiologist opinion for this.
ok and bye.
