Is It Safe To Continue Using Zytee And Paracetamol For My Teething Baby With Fever And Mouth Spots?

Hi, My baby having teething (Canines). She is not eating or drinking. Small small red, pink yellowish spot in tong and inside the mouth. Having fever also 99-100 (body is hot). 31st Dec 2021 all these started. and I am giving (Gentally applying inside the mouth) Zytee from 1 jan 2022. And Paracetamol oral drops once or twice a day. Is above things are ok.
