Hi!! According to your history you should take an antihistaminic like levocetrizine 5mg daily along with clotrimazole beclomethasone combimation cream to the affected area twice daily. Also keep this area as dry as possible, wear cotton underwear and be in cool and airy environment. This will surely help you.
