Last week the temperature was in the 90 s for 5-6 days in a row and I developed an itchy rash between my buttocks from sweat, I scratched it and bumps appeared what can I use to treat the rash...it still itches periodically. Hi!! According to your history you should take an antihistaminic like levocetrizine 5mg daily along with clotrimazole beclomethasone combimation cream to the affected area twice daily. Also keep this area as dry as possible, wear cotton underwear and be in cool and airy environment. This will surely help you.
