Is It Safe To Continue With Glucophage To Treat PCOS?

hi, I was just diagnosed with pcos after they found cysts on my both ovaries . i had irregular periods from last 2 year with gap of one month. Dr suugested to take glycophage with duphaston i got 2 regular periods with accurate cycle of 28days.but now dr advised to drop duphaston and to continue with glycophage plus exersise . I am worried about my next cycle . i want to get rid of this disease. Is there any diet plan for lean PCOS? i am doing exercise for 30 min daily.

Hi.

Please continue with the glucophage as it is used in females with PCOS who need to lose weight. Weight loss with PVOS is going to be difficult and glucophage will help you with that. For adequate diet details meet a nutritionist and continue with a cardio workout for may be an hour a day, divided into 30 minutes a time, twice daily.
