Is It Safe To Continue With Slimquick In Pregnancy?
What are the risks if I am pregnant and have been still taking my slimquick tablets? I am 29 years old. I am about 25 pounds over weight and my period is delayed. I don t mind getting pregnant but I was trying to lose weight from my last pregnancy. I just want to make sure that if I am pregnant my baby is not at risk or anything

HI, I understand your query. It's a good thought to have ideal weight & physiology while pregnant..so that would be baby will not have health risks that follow obesity in mother. BUT , pregnancy is not the time to reduce. This is the time to nourish your baby, provide it all the nutrients for healthy formation & growth of body. So slim quick is not advised during pregnancy for fear of getting the baby undernourished. The drug contains medicines to depress appetite & also high caffeine content to hasten metabolism so that calories are burnt fast... both the things are hazardous in pregnancy. Thanks.
