Is It Safe To Continue Work For A Patient With PVCs?

I have been currently having PVCs for the last 9 days, sometimes at a rate of 8-14 per minute. I spent 24 hours in the hospital(just got out last night w/no real conclusive info), & have tried just resting and they are not going away. Is it safe for me to go work out having them at that rate. Doing nothing obviously isn t helping.
