Is It Safe To Eat Boiled Eggs While Suffering With

Is it safe to eat boiled eggs while suffering with aneoba? I am staying in the philippines and the doctor told me that all i can eat is banana, boiled rice, apple and to drink tea. Is the tea safe if it contains caffiene? Is there a bigger list of foods that would be safe for me to consume? Is bread ok? Is there any further information, considering diet that i should consider?
