Is It Safe To Eat The Pizza Which Is Heated With Plastic Lining?

Put a pizza in the oven not realizing that the pizza pan I put it on had a plastic lining. I also didn t realize that the cardboard on the bottom of the pizza was still in there as well. I cooked the pizza, smelled the plastic and immediately switched pans. I m wondering if it was safe to eat my food after that experience.

Ideally it is not safe. As plastic burning cause mixing of carbon and polyvinyl particle that cause allergy and cancer at long term.
So please avoid to eat.
