Is It Safe To Fly Having A Low Heart Rate With A History Of Heart Attacks?

Is it wise to fly from North Carolina to Texas if you have a low heart rate of 45? My brother-in-law is planning to fly out Thursday to attend a funeral here in Texas on Saturday. He is scheduled to get a stint in two weeks. I seriously don t think this is a good idea as he will be travelling alone. He had 4 heart attacks last year.

Hi i read your query very carefully.

This isn't a wise thing to fly by airplane after suffering four heart attacks in a year.

I recommend to fly after stenting procedure.

Hope it was of help!
