Hi welcome to HCM.
Its extremely contraindicated for this patient to have an air travel.Air travel can run the risk of hypoxia and blood pressure elevation.Head injury with fresh internal bleed recently can be worsened during flight overhaul.Prosthetic heart valve malfunction can occur at high altitudes.Even though INR is within the normal range ,there is a high potential for cerebral bleeding and cardiovascular collapse.Hence its safe not to take air travel.Consult your cardiologist for further care.Thank you
