Is It Safe To Fly With A Concussion?

I received a blow to the head with a blunt object about 6 weeks ago. I was diagnosed with a concussion with major symptoms lasting approx 2 weeks, minor symptoms ongoing (fatigue, dizziness) The cut itself is healing nicely, but the area is still quite tender and sore with some numbness. I also have a dent under the cut that is about 5 inches long. I never had my skull/brain examined by x-ray, CT scan or MRI. I am planning to fly tomorrow - is this safe?

HI
Well come to HCM
If there is no major cerebral injury is there then you can fly or travel by air this would be no problem, main concern would be nausea and vomiting, if these symptoms are absent then you can travel by air, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
