Is It Safe To Fly With A Pinching Of Nerve In C6?

I recently had an MRI to diagnose reasons for having numbness in my index and part of middle finger, as well as pain and loss of muscle use. I was told that the MRI shows pinching of my nerve in C6. I have an appoinment with an neurologist in September. However, with summer coming up, is it safe for me to fly, or will it worsen my symptoms?
