Is It Safe To Fly With History Of Having Triple A Aneurysm?

Four years ago I had a triple A aneurysm (Y stent), I have had mixed information as to `if` I am able to fly on holiday due to cabin pressure as this would once again rupture the Aorta. I would appreciate some positive feed back please. (The mixed info is from medical staff) . Thankyou

Hello,

Yes, its safe to travel with AAA aneurysm. They're no more likely to burst at a high altitude than on the ground. You can contact your airlines for further guidelines what are they following locally.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
