Is It Safe To Get Pregnant While Taking Insulin For Diabetes?

dear dr., i m diabetic and taking insulin to control for my sugar and now it is within limit. I have tried with so many FSH injections till 1-year but no result. Before 2-months I have made surgery for my hydrosalpinx and also ovary cauterization.but there is no improvement , follicles are not mature to burst and release egg.this month also i m taking menogon inj. 2x5days and waiting for result in day 12. today is day 7. what u advice us for getting pregnancy. plz. suggest us...
