Is It Safe To Give Colimex Drops For Gastric And Stomach Pain In Infants?

Hi, my child is 21 days old. She is having gas trouble. doctor asked to give her colimex when her stomach ache is severe and she cries uncontrollably. Is it safe to give colimex drops to such a small kid. also I have been advised to give her bonnasin in addition 3 times a day.

Yes you can give Colimex drops to your child safely but don't continue if there is vomiting and she has undue distension of abdomen and doesn't take her feeds well.
