Is It Safe To Give Ostocalcium And Sandoz Calcium For Children?

Hi doc, my name is Lily, i have a son of 3 yrs 4 months old.....i gave him 1 tab Ostocalcium tab by GSK after lunch and 1 tab of Sandoz Calcium tab after dinner for the last 1 month.....and am confuse that for how long sud i continue and are the two tab same or sud i stop giving him either one of them.....pliz suggest me

Hello,

- Unless your son has been diagnosed with decreased calcium, he doesn't need to be on this calcium supplementation
- I would suggest you stop one or both of the tablets now. At your next visit with the pediatrician, you can check with him/her if it was suggested by the pediatrician.
