Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Up to 6th months of age , an infant should only be given his mothers milk. Intestine of a neoborn baby is weak. Mother milk is easily digested by your infant. It also contains antibodies which helps to improve the immunity of your child. It is at right temperature & is microorganism free. Any other milk can contain bacteria which could make your baby ill.
I would not suggest you giving cow milk to a 2 month baby as a supplement. Cow milk or any other milk should be given if a mother is unable to produce natural milk.
3 kg weight is slightly low weight for a 2 month baby, but it will slowly improve.

Refer to your pediatrician

Hope this information helps
