Is It Safe To Give Ice Water From The Fridge To An Infant?

Is it safe to give my 11 month old daughter ice water from the fridge? She really enjoys it and gulps it down, especially with it being so hot here in South Africa. She drinks juice and water at room temperature, but seems to really enjoy iced water. I dont want to make her ill though. She hasnt had any bad reactions that I have noticed.
