Is It Safe To Give My Child Meftal P For Fever, And What Is The Correct Dosage?

Hi sir. My son aged 7 weighted 20 has Fixed Drug Allergy for certain medicines ie ciprofloxocin, brufen,diclofenac,ofloxacin as per reports. But the rashes at the fixed areas persists even after the use of Paracetamol like P 250, Crocin etc. So we are using Meftal P for him for each time when he gets fever. 1)Is it safe to use Meftal P Syrup continuously? 2)Is Meftal P suggestible even for normal fever with temperature around 100 to 102 F? 3) What is dosage of Meftal P suggestible to my son? Please clarify my questions with your answers. Thanks.
