Is It Safe To Give My Daughter A Dolo Twice In One Day For Fever?

I have given half dolo650 to my 9 year old kid as she was having headache and fever. Gave 1 half at morning and 1 half at evening. After that i stopped it. Is it safe only or should I do anything as I read somewhere that dolo650 is not meant for kids under 12 years of age which I read after giving the dosage. Please suggest me what shall I do?
