Is It Safe To Give My Infant Allergex For A Runny Nose And Prospan For A Cough?

Doctor. My baby girl is 11 months old and has a severe cold and cough, she s been struggling to sleep for the past 3 days because of the blocked nose. The doctor gave me allergex for the runny nose and prospan for the cough. Please advise if this is safe to give her.
