Is It Safe To Give My Infant Ambrolite S, Zyrtec, And Crocin Drops As Prescribed For His Cough, Sneezing, And Fever?

Hi Good Evening Sir/ Madam My 9 month old son is suffering with Sneezing, cough and fever from yesterday. Yesterday I gave Crocin drop than he got some relief from Fever but today again fever has come, So I consulted a General physian near my house, he wrote Ambrolite S and Zyrtec Syrup and told to give dosage 8 drop of Ambrolite S thrice in a day and Zyrtec syrup 6 drop teice in a day with Crocine Drop 6 drop thrice in a day. Please suggest me is this good for my boy ? Thank You
