Is It Safe To Go For Sauna Due To The Red Spots On Breasts?
When I went to the dry sauna after the gym last night (10 minutes, slowly drinking water the entire time) I experienced some pain in my left breast. I noticed some red spots them when I got home and changed. One was long, it looked sort of like a scratch on my right.. three/four more were close to circular on my left. I still have two, much lighter, after having showered and slept. I m supposed to continue doing 10 minute sauna days for my regiment... but is it safe?
