General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Your constant cough cough could have been because of upper respiratory infection which you are getting better day by day.

As you have not mentioned which medications you are taking so it will be difficult for me to judge that how far you felt better.

In my advice, you should abandoned this idea to go to water for at least next 3 to 5 days until you get cured completely.

Once you are free from coughing or any other symptom then you will be able to go there.

Consult your family doctor before making any decision.
Regards,
