Is It Safe To Have Clexane Injection During 10 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

My wife is 10 weeks pregnant now and our Gynec doctor advised to take Clexane 40 mg injection daily along with Ecosprin 75mg & Susten 200. She is being given Clexane injection from last 4 weeks and advised to take the injection until end of 12~13 weeks pregnancy completion. My wife had history of miscarriages (4 before our 1st child was born in 2010 and 1 later) before current pregnancy. Our 1st child was born in UK and no such injections were given at that time even though she had 4 miscarriages before. Will the use of Clexane injection have any side effects on her health or baby growth in longer term after stopping at the end of 12~13 weeks completion?

I understand your concern.
Actually there is no role of injection Clexane in habitual abortions- except for avoiding thromboembolic episode in case of complete bed rest to patient.
It does not affect fetal growth / nor for mother. * only precautionary assessment of periodic bleeding & clotting time is a must.
You should meet your doctor, discuss with him this,and get satisfied. He must have started the drug with some strategy. So please don't discontinue without consulting prescribing doctor.
