Is It Safe To Have Energy Drink While Having Heart Murmur?
I have a serious heart murmur ( aortic bicuspid valve) and I was wondering if it s ok for me to drink 5 hour energy? I drank half of one and I m starting to get nervous so now I can t fall asleep and I would like some closure on the subject. It is strongly reccomended that you avoid caffeine and energy drinks
If you use them try at least not to abuse with them
In my opinion you should not drink them
