Is It Safe To Have Fish While Having High Uric Acid Level?

My uric acid level is 7. Small pinching pain has been felt for last about two and a half month. Till date no medicine has been used. Only checken meat of two to three pieces used to be eaten once or twice a week. No other meat is eaten since then, but river fishes are a regular habit. Is fish is harmful? Also tell me that can the acid level be lowered without using medicine?
