Is It Safe To Have Sex During Miscarriage?

Me and my boyfriend were intimate this morning. However i was told i was going to miscarry our twins ive just been waiting. Today i i started to bleed which i believe is the beginning of my miscarriage. His penis came in contact with that blood. Is it harmful to him?

Coming in contact with the blood wont cause any harm to him provided you dont have any sexually transmitting diseases.. But sex at this point can cause uterine infection as the cervix is opening up, the entry of organisms into the uterus becomes faster.. So till bleeding stops it would be better to avoid sex..
