Hi

All types of fish contain some amount of cholesterol. But they also contain omega 3 fatty acid which is helpful in maintaining cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Consuming fish once or twice a week may be beneficial.Moderate amounts without deep fry or excess oil content can be consumed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
