Is It Safe To Increase The Dosage Of Cilnidipine?

My wife is 75 years old. She is taking Afatinib 40 mg a target therapy for EGFR positive Adeno carcinoma of lung . For her hypertension of 25 years duration clinidipine 10mg andIndepamide NATRILIX SR1.5 mg is given . Her BP is 145/75 mmhg pulse 95to 100 per min. Can I increase dose of clinidipine to 15mg ? I am a retired G P THANKS

Hello,

Yes, you can increase the dosage of Clinidipine to 15 mg. But it may cause dizziness. So, it's better for her to avoid activities requiring high focus like driving.
