Is It Safe To Move Around After Cauterization?

Hi docter, my name is Sebastian. my wife just had Cauterizacion where they put acid in the back of her throat.. Is it safe to go out in the city afterwards or should she rest. We live in peru. I am worried the dust and pollution may infect it. Thank you!!!

Hello,

It is better to take rest for 1week after the procedure. Otherwise, chances of infection will be more. Use salt water gargling if necessary.

Please follow your doctor orders then consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
