Is It Safe To Perform A Frenuloplasty At Home?

Hi, I have a problem with my frenulum. I can t pull back my foreskin fully. My frenulum brave is too short. I want to know is there any way so I can cut my frenulum at home. I know it s only 5 min surgery of frenuloplasty. But I don t know the cost of it. Can u please tell me how much it will cost ?
