Is It Safe To Remove Enzima From Ankle To Cure The Varicose Vein?

Dear Dr.I have vericous vein in one of the leg and have undergone doppler test. There is swelling in the leg near ankle and lot of itching sensation and rubbing blood comes out. Consulted local doctors applied some Clonate cream Lotion (clobetasaol Propoinate Lotion USP)- Legs swells a lot after driving and walking. Dr. says there is enzima there near the ankle. What do you suggest to remove enzima - avoid leg swelling to wear shoe and walk and drive car normally.
