In fact I didn t check my body before in my life, but after I got panic attack I recognize there is something like a ball on left testical, then my doctor request ultrasound after I did it they found 2 epididymis cysts one in left side 1.5 cm and other one small in right side and I can t feel it and also they found Infiltration Fatty Liver . I did many rays image I did MRI for my head and 2 CT scans one in Neck in Hospital ER on August 18,2015 without contrast and other one in Abdomen and pelvic on April 2016 with contrast. General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, as there are no symptoms pertaining to the testicle cyst, it is not mandatory to remove it at all from surgical point of view pertaining its size and benign nature.

My recommendations at present

- keep a watch to control your anxiety and stress at best levels with meditations, YOGA and supportive medications of expert psychiatrist
- do remain in regular follow up with your doc for examination and follow up scan of testicles to check progress of the cyst size
- surgery is not recommended unless pain in testicles, rapid increase in size or abnormal architecture, necrosis changes in ultrasound at anytime, pausing issues with fertility or testosterone levels.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
