Is It Safe To Retrieve Teeth During Osteoporosis Condition?

I am on Avapro, Actonel minax, thyroid, caltrate and have osteoporosis, need two teeth removed, am on daily pain killers paracetamol which is upsetting my stomach . On these one or two daily for 5 weeks. D/clinic say don't remove because of bisphosphonates and osteo necrosis other dentists say remove after drug holiday from Actonel So what is best to do. I can not stand the pain of soft tissue gums when I clean teeth. Help!

Hi..you can get it removed by stopping drug Actonel and extraction (removal )
should be non surgical to have good post operative healing !
