Is It Safe To Safe To Take Enterogermina For Recurring IBS?

HI,I am an IBS patient and has tried so many things. Although it s not very severe in my case but it s coming back frequently. I have been advised with Enterogermina along with other medicines. I would like to know is it good for an IBS patient and if than in which time should i take the Enterogermina before or after the meal.Thanks in advance for the answer.

Hi.

It can be taken and should help if taken before a meal, but more importantly I would recommend going through a list of the most common trigger foods and drinks that could be causing the recurrent episodes of IBS. Some of them are coffee, tea, chocolate, spicy food, fried food, oily food, fatty food, popcorn, etc. Please check the list online or write back to me using our premium service for further guidance.
