Is It Safe To Skip Deanxit During Weekends?

Hello, I'm 47, weight 105kg. No health problems. Am taking deanxit due to excessive stress related anxiety at work. Usually take pill every morning at 6:00 am. I do not take over weekends, but resume again follwing week Monday to Friday. Is this a problem?
