Is It Safe To Smoke Weed While Taking Panadol?

Hi i was wondering im about to take a Panadol(aspirin) and smoke weed after it would anything bad happen? im a long term smoker so i know what weed does to you, so im not interested if your going to tell me about other harms to the body so.. Aspirin + weed????
