Is It Safe To Stop Coveram Abruptly?

Hubby has stopped taking his coveram for a week now, I just found out, he's feeling happier and our sex life has improved which is great of course but he won't go to the drs. I'm guessing it's not safe to just stop taking his pb medicine cold turkey but I can't get him to go to the dr

Hello and thanks for your question. It is important for his blood pressure to be controlled. Please reassure him that there are other blood pressure medication that his doctor can try that may not have side effects. Long term problems from high blood pressure include heart attack and stroke so please try to get him to see a doctor soon.
