Is It Safe To Swallow Pus?
is it bad to swallow pus? i was suffering from peritonsilitis alongwith an abscess near my nasal pharynx, although i spitted out a lot of that foul tasting, foul smelling liquid, some of it went down, and i swallowed. What happens now. Age: 30 weight: 60 height: 168 cms

if it had occurred than no prb
but better to take precautions
because pus has infected material and it is chance it can spread in your GI system but in rare cases
take care of it and used to spit regularly
take proper treatment and it will go within one week

dnt worry if u are on antibiotics than it is very less chanceof infection in other area
