Is It Safe To Take Acetaminophen, Dextromethorphan, Phenylephrine, And Caffeine Together At Once?

not feeling good this morning so i took 2 things of day quill as recommended on the box (650 of acetaminophen, 20mg of dextromethorphan HBr, and 10mg of phenylephrine HCI) i also took some delsym i thought the does was 15ml but it was 10ml so i had 15ml which has 90mg of Dextromethorphan hydrobromide which after i took them found out it s the same thing as dextromethorphan HBr just abbreviated. So, in total i had 110mg of dextromethorphan HBr/ Dextromethorphan hydrobromide. i looked up if its ok to have 110mg within a day but not all at once. i also took 200mg of caffeine with that, so what im asking is that am i gonna be ok from taking all those medications together at once? (650 of acetaminophen,110mg of dextromethorphan HBr/ Dextromethorphan hydrobromide,10mg of phenylephrine HCI, plus 200mg of caffeine)
