Is It Safe To Take Adderall During Concussion?

Hi, I just got a concussion 4 days ago and i am prescribed adderall for ADHD. my concussion was only a level one concussion and i did not black out but i did/do have symptoms of having a concussion. I was wondering when it is safe to start taking my adderall again.
