Is It Safe To Take Aspirin And Duvadilan During Pregnancy?

Is it safe to take Aspirin and Duvadilan during pregnancy? I m on my 20weeks n0w. May doctor has prescribed Aspirin since I was 6weeks because I had a miscarriage once due to blot clot (as seen in my blood test). And my doctor has prescribed Duvadilan when I had focal myometrial contraction at 14weeks. My doct0r said that I am aBout to take Aspirin up to 8th m0nth of my pregnancy. Thank u for your go0d advice.
