Is It Safe To Take Avil 25 At 26 Weeks Of Pregnancy While Suffering With A Cold And Nasal Congestion?

Hi, Currently I am 26 weeks pregnant. Suffering with cold. I can able to take breath in out through one side nose after some time switches to other side nose. At a time only one side nose is working. Some time facing breathing problem. Shall I use avilĀ® 25 tablet. Is it fine using medicine during pregnancy?

Hello,

You can take steam inhalation for blocked nose. You can add few Carvilol drops in that water for inhalation. You can take Tab. Levocetirizine 5 mg at night only if you cannot bear your symptoms. Consult ENT specialist to see if you have deviated nasal septum.
