Is It Safe To Take Azithral 500 For Throat Infection Along With Paracetamol 650?

Hi doctor - am having body aches, mild fever 99 faranheit but main thing is pain in throat. There is change in weather here in Delhi, India and i remember having cold beer two days ago and a cold diet coke yesterday. I am taking paracetamol 650 for aches but can i take a dosage of Azithral 500 for three days for my throat infection?
