Is It Safe To Take Cefspan,chlorphenon ,mucopect And Dextrometorphan During Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, i am 6 months pregnant, and is suffering from bad cough with yellow flam and yellow mucus from nose, i had a bit of sore throat now (i had a bit of headache and fever when bad). i was given medicines 2 days ago:
1. Cefspan (10 capsule) to be consume 2 times daily @ 1 capsule
2. Chlorphenon & Mucopect & Dextrometorphan Mix into 1 capsule (15 capsule) to be consume 3 times daily @ 1 capsule.

1. is it safe for pregnancy?
2. i have been consuming these medicines for 2 days, but don't see any improvements. do u think i should continue?

Yes they are pregnancy safe cough medicines and antibiotics. You can take them.
One you are done with the course please go back to the consultant for follow up.
