Is It Safe To Take Cetirizine HCL Along With Dexamethason Oral?

I am taking Dexamethason oral for three days following a dental procedure for a recessed gum. I am in day two of the prescription and I took it this morning 13 hours ago. I have come down with a cold and am wondering if it is safe to take cetirizine HCL (Zyrtec allergy) as I go to bed?

There is no harm in taking Cetirizine while on Dexamethasone.
Since it may cause drowsiness so it is better to take it in the evening.
