hi,
In pregnancy co-Amoxiclav is a safe antibiotic (hope you are not allergic to this drug), it wont harm you and your baby. but it can cause diarrhoea in few patients, to avoid the diarrhoea associated with amoxiclav, you should take curd / buttermilk in your diet.

Taking plenty of oral liquids will also help you.

Cranberry juice is also good in urinary tract infection.

Nothing to worry about.

hope this was helpful to you.

Thanks
