Is It Safe To Take Combiflam After Crocin For Vaccine Pain, And Will Taking Multiple Combiflam Doses Affect My Antibody Response To The Covishield Vaccine?

I took a crocin after my covishield vaccine. But my body was paining a lot, so I waited for 10 hours and then took a combiflam. Was that wrong or right. Will I have antibodies...since I took 3 combiflams later at a gap of 10 hours for 2 days.... whenever the fever came ?
